What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy
• Plan, organize, and execute carpentry projects, including material take-offs and scheduling
• Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and subcontractors on job sites
• Perform advanced carpentry tasks: framing, cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, flooring, etc.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and building codes
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trade partners
• Identify and solve problems to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
• Conduct quality checks and ensure job site cleanliness and safety at all times

What You Bring

• Proven experience in residential remodeling and finish carpentry (5+ years preferred)
• Leadership experience with small crews
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and tools safely
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
